THE PROBLEM
Samuel Bak survived the Holocaust in Vilnius as a child and went on to become a globally acclaimed artist of Litvak heritage. Presenting Samuel Bak Way, an immersive journey through his early life under Nazi occupation, meant finding a visual language equal to both the history and the art.
Our solution
A 3D animation mirroring Bak’s own distinctive painting style transports viewers into a surreal world where the neverending battle between good and evil unfolds. The film introduces the tour in the artist’s visual vocabulary instead of describing it from the outside.
