We share personal data with the following categories of recipients, acting as our processors or as independent controllers where noted:
• Google LLC, for Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Google Calendar booking tool.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes beyond the advertising platforms listed above.

5. International data transfers

Google and Meta are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred there, this takes place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as the applicable safeguard depending on the service and the time of transfer.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:
• Contact form and booking enquiries: 12 months from last contact.
• Newsletter and Problem Brief subscribers: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: per the retention settings of each tool.

• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, in certain circumstances;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format, where processing is based on consent or contract;

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use your data to make decisions about you that are based solely on automated processing and that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Google Ads and Meta Pixel may build advertising audiences based on your browsing behaviour where you have consented to this; this is used to show you relevant ads, not to make decisions about you.
