THE PROBLEM
Friendly City wanted to encourage a more open and accepting Lithuania. The challenge was to move the conversation about diversity beyond labels and let people encounter the real lives, identities and experiences that make up contemporary Lithuania.
Our solution
We turned these voices into “Friendly Stories” – a publication built around ten personal stories and photography by Arcana Femina. By giving people space to tell their own stories, the book made diversity personal and invited readers to see Lithuania through someone else’s eyes.
