CUT-OUT ANIMATION
THE PROBLEM
Renewing an expired driver’s licence or registering a car sounds like a long and frustrating chore. Regitra had moved these services online and needed people to know it – without the dry institutional tone a state service usually reaches for.
Our solution
Ramunė and Ramūnas show how easy it can be. We created a quirky cut-out animation that exaggerates the silly hassles of travelling to Regitra in person, then sets them against doing the same thing online. A friendly, relatable style turned a bureaucratic message into something worth watching – viens du ir ramu.
