1. Who we are
This website (dearproblem.co, the “Website”) is operated by Dear problem, UAB, a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.
References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Dear problem” mean Dear problem, UAB. References to “you” mean any visitor to or user of the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. What the Website is for
The Website presents Dear problem’s brand strategy, communication, internal culture and production services, our portfolio of work, and ways to get in touch with us, including a contact form, a newsletter subscription, a downloadable “Problem Brief” template, and a booking tool for consultation calls.
The Website does not sell products or services directly, does not process any payments, and is not an online shop. Any commercial engagement with Dear problem is agreed separately, in writing, outside of this Website.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, case studies, graphics, logos, videos, and the “Problem Brief” template, is owned by Dear problem, UAB or used under licence, and is protected by Lithuanian and EU copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You may view, download, and print content from the Website for your own personal or internal business reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Client names, logos, and case studies shown on the Website belong to their respective owners and are displayed with permission or on the basis of legitimate business interest to showcase completed work.
4. Newsletter and the “Problem Brief” download
If you subscribe to our newsletter or request the free “Problem Brief” template, we will ask for your email address (and, where relevant, your name). We will only send you marketing communications where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hey@dearproblem.co.
Details of how we process this data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Booking a consultation
Booking a 30-minute session through the Website uses a third-party scheduling tool (Google Calendar appointment scheduling). When you book a session, you share information directly with that third-party service under its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to sharing your details with us for the purpose of preparing for and holding the call.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
• use it in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Website using automated means, without our prior written consent;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material;
• use the contact form, newsletter signup, or booking tool to send unsolicited or unlawful content.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.
7. No warranties
The Website and its content are provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Case studies and results described on the Website reflect specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other business.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Lithuanian and EU law, Dear problem, UAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
9. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, for example social media platforms or the Google Calendar booking page. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and linking to it does not imply endorsement.
10. Data protection
