We combined rokiškėnai enthusiasm together with the Lithuanian strategy for 2020-2030: Lithuania. Open for Co-creation, and gave a whole new look to the Rokiškis district. And the best part? The people of Rokiškis welcomed this change and genuinely made it their own.
